CAPACITY BUILDING PROGRAM 

On November 20, KUCTE Anchal organized a capacity building program for the B.Ed batch 2023-2025, focusing on enhancing their teaching skills and knowledge. 


The program aimed to equip the students with innovative approaches, technologies, and best practices in education, preparing them to meet the challenges of the modern classroom. 
 The students actively participated in group activities, performed various stage programmes which demonstrating their enthusiasm and commitment to becoming effective teachers. 
  

                           By the end of the program, the students had gained a deeper understanding of their roles and responsibilities as future educators.
The capacity building program was a resounding success, receiving positive feedback from the students and faculty members. It marked an important milestone in the students' journey towards becoming confident, competent, and compassionate teachers. KUCTE Anchal is committed to providing ongoing support and training to its students, ensuring they are well-prepared to make a positive impact in the lives of their future students.

INNOVATIVE WORK SEM 3   The innovative work I choose for first phase of teaching practice was a Cartoon book showing cell and cell organelles. Through the interactive session it was very easy to create a different and interesting experience. By Incooperating  an interactive Cartoon book, I can create an immersive and engaging learning environment, fostering a Deeper understanding of cell and cell organel among students.
